At www.motorbikealarm.co.uk* we supply high quality, modern motorcycle alarm / immobiliser systems and motorcycle covers direct to the public at what we believe are fair prices. Buying from us
You can purchase our products at www.motorbikealarm.co.uk* in three different ways:

  1. Using our on-line encrypted transaction system.
  2. By phone using a credit or debit card
  3. By post using a cheque or postal order ( cheques usually take 3 working days to clear )

If you are shopping from outside the UK just order as normal. Your debit or credit card company will convert the transaction into your national currency.


Delivery (UK and overseas)
We offer free delivery to the UK for any number of our products. All UK orders are sent via first class delivery and are insured. Overseas delivery is sent first class airmail. Please note that we are not responsible for lost orders outside the UK and therefore these orders are at the customers risk.


Delivery Schedule
We post your orders at 11:30AM each day (excluding Weekends). UK customers will usually receive their order within 72 hours, often within 24 hours if ordered in the morning before 11:30AM. Orders from countries outside the UK can normally take up to 7 days to be delivered. Please note that during seasonal busy times e.g. Christmas, the delivery times can increase.


Guarantee & Returns
We want you to be happy with our products. If you decide that the purchased item is not suitable you, the customer, have a 30 day cancellation period. The 30 day period starts the day after you receive the goods. Simply return the goods (recorded delivery) in un-used resalable condition, with the original packaging for a fast refund. Please note that any postage costs are not refundable and that there is a £5 handling charge.

All our products carry a full 12 month guarantee** against defects. We will replace or repair any item defective within 12 months of purchase**.

Your statutory rights are not affected for faulty items.

Privacy 
We are committed to your privacy. We will only hold personal information to enable us to process your order. Once your order is processed information such as credit / debit card details will be destroyed. We will never pass your information to anyone else.
