From start to finish I found the service to be fast friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much for Nigel, who I might add is very approachable and helpful. Having dealt with a large number of companies over a number of years I think a great deal of them could take a leaf out of Nigel's book on Customer Service. I will certainly be recommending Nigel's company to all of my friends and to any one reading this I would also recommend the company to you. First class service, first class products and first class communication.

Hi, I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service I have received.
Being on the opposite side of the world has it's difficulties in getting
access to quality products at a reasonable price. I have done a lot of
research and the alarms from www.motorbikealarm.co.uk are unmatched
anywhere in the world for price and quality.

The unit arrived 6 days after ordering it, not bad for a 13000 mile trip
(its travelled further than my bike!!). As there is not an authorised
fitter in NZ, I set about doing it myself. The instructions were very
clear, and the only problem I had was getting my big hands into small
parts of a Japanese motorcycle to connect the wires.

After a few hours - I read the instructions several times before and
during the install - the alarm is installed. I'm now ready for someone to
touch the bike so that the alarm can tell them to "back off".

Thanks Nigel and the team, I will definitely be telling my friends about
these alarms.
